Draft. This policy requires legal review, plus the database owner details and a privacy contact, before launch.

  1. What we collect

    Full name, email address, course progress, and practice results once practice is available. We do not collect national ID numbers, phone numbers, or payment card details.

  2. Why we use it

    To deliver the course, track your personal progress, and provide support. We do not sell data to third parties.

  3. Security

    Passwords are stored as argon2id hashes, traffic is encrypted with TLS, and every administrative access to student data is written to an audit log.

  4. Your rights

    You can view, correct, export, or request deletion of your account data. Until these tools are available in your dashboard, requests go to the contact below.

  5. Retention

    Raw telemetry is retained for up to 12 months. Audit logs are retained longer to meet regulatory obligations.
